Transcription: Lower the dumbbell to the back of the head, holding the upper arms perpendicular to the floor. When the weight is lowered to the neck level, stop and slowly begin to extend the arms up again. Continue extending until there is just a slight bend left in the elbow. Repeat. Remember to keep your upper arms stationary throughout the exercise.
